As part of a pilot initiative to enhance five STEM Centers with fully integrated Armat Makerspaces, the STEM Synergy team, in collaboration with Mrs. Tamar from Armat by UATE, conducted site visits last week to evaluate infrastructure, readiness, and opportunities for hands-on, problem-based learning.
The visits included Kotebe Science Shared Campus, Ethiopian Academy of Sciences STEM Center, and Addis Ababa Science and Technology University (AASTU) STEM Center.
This initiative represents an important step toward transforming STEM Centers into dynamic, technology-enabled spaces that foster innovative and practical skills for 21st-century learners. We are excited to continue this partnership and support the growth of vibrant STEM ecosystems across Ethiopia.
