Celebrating Excellence
As a major stakeholder and founding organizer, STEM Synergy sponsored core activities of the fair, including the recognition of outstanding student innovators. Winners placing 1st to 3rd across eight competition categories received laptops, tablets, and Arduino kits, critical gadgets to continue their innovation journey.
STEM Synergy, in collaboration with GE Aerospace volunteers, also awarded college scholarships to four outstanding Grade 12 students, two girls and two boys, who demonstrated exceptional performance. These scholarships will be granted upon the successful completion of the 2018 Ethiopian school-leaving examination and admission to public universities, whether autonomous or government-run. This initiative reflects STEM Synergy’s commitment to supporting deserving students as they transition into higher education and STEM-related careers.
