STEM Training Programs

Short-term STEM Training Programs

STEM Synergy offers ongoing short-term STEM programs, including after-school sessions, weekend classes, and summer camps at every STEM center, equipping students with hands-on skills to deepen their understanding of science and math. Through innovative projects, students use scientific inquiry to tackle real-world community problems, sparking creativity, critical thinking, and a passion for STEM. Annually, each center educates over 400 students, collectively empowering more than 8,800 students across all centers to become future innovators and problem-solvers.

Girls STEM Camp

STEM Synergy partners with schools and universities at STEM center locations to host specialized Girls STEM Camps, inspiring and empowering girls to pursue STEM careers. These camps tackle gender disparities through mentorship, hands-on training, and leadership development, benefiting over 300 girls annually across various centers. The programs build confidence and equip participants with essential skills in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

STEM Teachers’ Capacity Development Training

STEM Synergy’s Teachers’ Capacity Development program empowers secondary school teachers with skills and modern methodologies for effective STEM education, providing hands-on training, teaching aids, and STEM kits to enhance engaging lessons and experiments. It promotes mentorship and peer collaboration, helping teachers share best practices and stay current with STEM advancements. Partnering with universities hosting STEM centers, the program has supported over 500 secondary STEM teachers as of March 2025.

Kids Program

STEM Synergy’s Kids Program immerses children in hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math activities, igniting curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Through interactive projects, kids explore core STEM concepts practically, using age-appropriate tools to experiment with basic coding, robotics, electronics, and simple engineering. The program introduces real-world technologies, helping them understand how everyday devices and systems work in an engaging way.
