Inspiring the Next Generation of Innovators

The GE Next Engineers Program is a global initiative led by GE Aerospace with a mission to inspire and equip the next generation of problem-solvers, creators, and innovators to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).

Through engaging educational tours, mentorship, and experience-sharing sessions, the program empowers early secondary school students—from both public and private schools—to envision themselves as future engineers and technology leaders.

At STEM Synergy, we are proud to partner with GE Aerospace to implement the Next Engineers Program in Ethiopia. The program provides high school students with transformative learning opportunities through carefully designed activities. These include Engineering Discovery Days that introduce students to the exciting world of engineering through hands-on experiences and real-life applications.

By sparking curiosity and building confidence, the program aims to bridge the opportunity gap, foster innovation, and shape a diverse, inclusive, and dynamic STEM workforce for the future.
