
Teshome Guangul has been the Technology Transfer Manager at STEM Synergy Inc. since 2020, spearheading key initiatives in Robotics and Coding, Entrepreneurship and Financial Management Training, and the Solar Bakery Initiative. His expertise spans product manufacturing, installation, testing, commissioning, and technology transfer, playing a vital role in deploying solar bakeries and equipping youth and women with essential technical and entrepreneurial skills.
With a strong academic background, Teshome holds an M.Sc. in Management with a specialization in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Addis Ababa University. He also earned B.Sc. degrees in Applied Physics with a minor in Energy Technology, as well as in Architecture & Urban Planning.
Before joining STEM Synergy, Teshome worked as a Design Engineer at METEC/Ethio-Engineering Group, gaining valuable experience in technology and innovation. At STEM Synergy, he has been instrumental in mentoring students in robotics and coding, guiding them to develop innovative projects that have gained national recognition. Additionally, he has provided entrepreneurship and financial training to STEM graduates across various universities.
Passionate about sustainable development, Teshome continues to lead projects that integrate technology, education, and entrepreneurship, fostering innovation and capacity-building for future generations.
