On August 18, 2025, GE Aerospace, in partnership with STEM Synergy, hosted a Next Engineers program at Harmony Hills Academy, engaging 9th-grade students in an interactive session led by GE volunteers from Dubai and Addis Ababa.
Students explored how coding and data analysis are shaping the future of aviation, from diagnosing technical issues to supervising operations and predicting maintenance using real-time data from GE-powered aircraft worldwide.
The session also featured a hands-on activity where students built patterned towers with cups, following step-by-step instructions created by their peers. This exercise creatively demonstrated how code is written and communicated to computers to execute structured tasks.
